ESSAYS : STRESS

   Stress is not a new phenomenon . In life we feel pretty stressful . Stress can cause a person happy can become depressed and can makes feel frustrated , angry , introverted and anxious . Stress comes from many different things and is the cause of many problems from physical to emotional in a person's life . When the stresses undermine both our mental and physical health they are bad . Some stressful situations can be extreme and may require special attention and care . Stress can affect both your body and your mind . When the mind disturbed , they will be nervous and may fail to act in solving daily routines . Sometimes , they even suffer mental breakdowns .
   People under stress often have health problems . They will headaches , fatigue and shortness of breath . Other physical signs are tired , not sleeping , weight loss or weight gain decreased sharply and felt like fainting . Besides that , occur the emotional changes such as dissatisfaction and irritability . For students , they have no interest and motivation to learn , absenteeism , damage to school property and smoking as a way to reduce stress .
   That cause , especially to children and young people or students are from parents . Placing unrealistic expectations of achievement  for children in education that have careers in the future will put pressure on children . If the expectations placed parents could not be achieved by the children , this will cause the children experience  severe stress . Moreover , divorce among parents also causes children under stress . They are not getting adequate attention from their parents . Besides that , each students has a very high desire to be achieved . When they could not achieve what they aspire to those who are very depressed . Furthermore , this time students are more likely to think negatively . Students are not confident with the capabilities to solve their problem . A broken heart and stress for exams also factors contributing to stress .
   Many stories suicide , drinking poison and so occur as a result one can not control the stress . They are under stress can be reduced through attention and affection of parents , teachers or friends . Parents are also responsible for controlling the behavior of children because it can give him emotional stability . We can express themselves to friends and teachers or expressed in the diary because when we share problems with friends , some of the burden we bear problems will be reduced . With the attention and affection , felt that they appreciated and given due attention . Besides that , we can carry out activities that provide fun as recreational activities that can reduce stress . So , when we have problems we must try to think  positively . Finally , with busied themselves with various items can also reduce stress because that way we can prevent ourselves from thinking about problems that contribute to stress . We will feel more relaxed and happy .
   The conclusion is we need to control the stress from an early date so as not to experience it when faced with life challenges . There is also stress that caused the individual's perception of an event or experience .When the problem is not we can handle and finish well , it will become a burden to us which will eventually lead us to be too depressed . Therefore , coping with stress with a variety of approaches , especially with the experts is a smart way to solve the problem in order to enjoy their lives with a cheerful and enthusiastic .
